Designed for children ages 18 months and older, each page of the book features lyrics set to a familiar song and a simplified version of the melody's sheet music. Children can use the keyboard to play along with the melody. Each page is displayed horizontally so that children can see the open pages directly over the piano keys. When the child presses an icon button, a melody will play. At the same time, a bright LED for each key lights up in sync with the melody, so children can follow along with their fingers.
The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Piano Sound Book: Mickey's Piano Party also enables children to play a song by matching the colorful music notes in the book to the piano keys. The book has a sturdy cover and heavy board pages that withstand rough handling. Each page is beautifully illustrated by Disney storybook artists. Children can prop up the book’s font cover so that it looks like a grand piano. I love this book! The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mini Piano book plays a variety of different songs and is good for kids from infancy up to toddler age. My son is 2 and loves it!
1. The book plays various songs that are upbeat and your little one is likely to start dancing and bopping around
2. The keys light up which are always intriguing for little ones
3. The keyboard actually has enough keys on it that if you know how to play the piano you can play songs like "Mary Had a Little Lamb" and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".
Overall I rate this book 5 stars, it introduces your little ones to music, colors and different beats!

My two year old son loves this book. We sit and sing every night before bed. He thinks it is so fun that there are new words to familiar tunes. The sound is good (not too loud, but loud enough to enjoy). It is generally a great book that my son and I can enjoy together or he can play with it by himself and make his own music. Definitely worth the money. My son loves Mickey, but I don't even think that is necessary for a child to enjoy this book.

This is a nice book- Unfortunately it isn't very durable- After a week of having it the binding got very loose and ended up tearing- and after a couple months of having it a few of the song piano keys don't play properly. My son still plays with it.. and likes it

If you have a young kid or know a young kid, then I highly recommend buying this book. I bought this book for a a co-worker's nephew who recently turned two. He loves anything Mickey Mouse-related, and he loves pounding on stuff. I knew this was the perfect book/toy for him. I, myself, found the book very entertaining. I really think that all parents should buy this book for their kid. The book is very durable with its hardboard pages. There are nine preprogrammed songs. It's very amusing for kids and adults to watch the white keys light up to each preprogrammed song. Also, little kids can pound away on the white keys and make up their own composition. I had piano lessons for many years when I was young, and this book provides a fun and creative way for little kids to be introduced to the piano/keyboard. There's even a flap underneath the front cover to make the book look like a grand piano. I love the fact that this mini piano book is portable and that little kids can take this with them when they travel. This book just keeps little kids entertained for hours. Plus, the book is not that loud in volume. I can't emphasize enough how any little kid would appreciate this book. There are lyrics to the nine songs so that kids can sing the songs aloud. And there are music notes for each of the nine songs for kids to read. And after each preprogrammed song plays, the white keys light up again giving each kid the opportunity to tap on each key after it lights up. This is such a cute, adorable, and interesting toy/book for kids. I give a big thumbs up to this book!

We bought this for our one year old and she LOVES it. She hums and sings along to the songs... dances to the music and has recently started to play the keys by herself to make her own original music! We sing together and have great quality time. She has walked on the book many times and it still works. I almost want to buy a second book in case something happens to this one because we are so happy with it. I remember purchasing and thinking it was a little pricey, but I would pay double for it!
