Batteries were 1/3 of the price of Radio Shack. I should have spent the money./ Bought 2 packages....all 6 batteried DOA.
Buy locally or buy elsewhere.

I just received these batteries, and all six of them are corroded (some more than others). I am using the two that are the least corroded, and they seem to work so far. I'm guessing that they are either old or poorly manufactured, and that they won't last long.

I ordered this set of 6 batteries because they were the same brand as came in my digital lamp timer, but when I opened the package, they looked corroded. I plan to return them.
